Nucleus Media is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and digital platforms.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to promote company services.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client objectives and recommend suitable marketing and advertising solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry gatherings to generate business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, digital media, or agency sales is highly preferred.

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 + Attractive Commission (Based on Experience)
