Nucleus Media is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and digital platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to promote company services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable marketing and advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry gatherings to generate business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, digital media, or agency sales is highly preferred.

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 + Attractive Commission (Based on Experience)
