YESAGAIN is looking for a hands-on marketing person to own and grow our e-commerce marketplace presence. This role is for someone who can move across the full marketing stack: website content, design direction, paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, social media, analytics, and AI-driven automation.

You should be highly practical, fast, and comfortable using AI tools to produce better work, not just faster work. We do not need a traditional marketing manager who only coordinates agencies. We need someone who can execute, test, measure, and improve.

Responsibilities

  • Improve and manage website content, product pages, landing pages, and marketplace messaging.
  • Use AI tools for content creation, design briefs, SEO research, campaign ideas, reporting, and workflow automation.
  • Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Build SEO and AI SEO strategy, including content, technical recommendations, and visibility in AI search results.
  • Create or direct creative assets for ads, email, social media, and website campaigns.
  • Track performance using analytics and turn results into clear action.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership to convert business goals into marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or e-commerce marketing.
  • Strong practical experience with paid ads, SEO, content, and website conversion.
  • Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, automation tools, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Good eye for design and ability to create or guide strong marketing visuals.
  • Comfortable working independently and owning results.
  • Marketplace, electronics, refurbished devices, retail, or B2B experience is a plus.
