We are looking for an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to lead quality assurance and quality control across both our factory operations and project sites.

Role Overview

The Senior QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for establishing and enforcing quality standards across the full aluminum and façade production and installation process — from factory fabrication to on-site installation and handover. You will lead a team of QA/QC inspectors, ensuring all work meets project specifications, international standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the QA/QC team across both factory and site operations
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans, inspection checklists, and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) for aluminum and façade systems
• Conduct factory inspections of aluminum fabrication, glazing, and curtain wall components prior to dispatch
• Carry out site inspections during installation to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with production, project, and design teams to resolve quality issues promptly
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies during inspections and audits
• Review and approve test reports, material certificates, and mock-up/sample approvals
• Ensure compliance with relevant international standards (e.g., ASTM, EN, BS) and project-specific QA/QC requirements
• Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and reports for audit and project handover
• Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff and promote a strong quality culture across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 6–10 years of QA/QC experience in aluminum, façade, or curtain wall systems, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role
• Proven ability to manage QA/QC functions across both factory and site environments
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a QA/QC team
• Solid knowledge of façade/aluminum fabrication processes, glazing systems, and installation methods
• Familiarity with international quality standards (ASTM, EN, BS) and ISO 9001 systems
• Strong report writing, documentation, and communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license required
• UAE/GCC experience preferred

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
