We are looking for an experienced Foreman – Structural Steel & Architectural Metal to lead on-site installation activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview

The Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site installation teams working on structural steel and architectural metal works, including façade support structures, balustrades, louvers, canopies, and related metalwork. You will ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, schedules, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for structural steel and architectural metal installation crews
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, shop drawings, and method statements
• Plan manpower, tools, and material requirements to meet project schedules
• Ensure installation work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager/Site Engineer
• Enforce health and safety procedures on-site, ensuring all workers follow HSE guidelines
• Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, and other trades to resolve installation issues and avoid delays
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment
• Identify and report any discrepancies between drawings and site conditions
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, manpower, and material usage
• Train and guide site workers/installers to maintain quality and productivity standards

Requirements

• Diploma or trade certification in Structural/Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Foreman in structural steel, architectural metal, or façade installation works
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and installation methods, welding, and architectural metalwork
• Ability to read structural, architectural, and shop drawings
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing site installation crews
• Good understanding of HSE practices and site safety standards
• Strong communication skills in English; Hindi/Urdu a plus for site coordination
• UAE driving license preferred
• UAE/GCC site experience required

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
