We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Architectural Metal Works to oversee on-site installation of architectural metal systems and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations for architectural metal works — including balustrades, louvers, canopies, handrails, and façade support structures — ensuring installation is carried out according to approved drawings, schedules, and quality/safety standards. You will supervise installation crews, coordinate with project teams, and act as the main point of contact on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for architectural metal works installation crews
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings to guide on-site execution
• Plan daily manpower, tools, and material requirements to meet project timelines
• Ensure all installation work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor and report daily progress to the Project Manager/Site Engineer
• Enforce HSE procedures on-site, ensuring all workers follow safety guidelines and use proper PPE
• Coordinate with QA/QC, other trades, and consultants to resolve site issues and avoid delays
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and escalate as needed
• Maintain daily site records, manpower logs, and material usage reports
• Conduct toolbox talks and guide installers to maintain quality and productivity standards
• Travel between project sites and the office/factory as required

Requirements

• Diploma or trade certification in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in architectural metal works, façade, or structural steel installation
• Strong knowledge of architectural metal fabrication and installation methods
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and shop drawings
• Good understanding of HSE practices and site safety standards
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Valid UAE driving license required
• UAE/GCC site experience preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
