We are looking for a skilled Façade Designer to join our Doha team and support the design and development of curtain wall, glazing, and façade systems for our projects across Qatar.

Role Overview

The Façade Designer will be responsible for developing detailed façade designs, shop drawings, and technical documentation for aluminum and glazing systems, ensuring designs are accurate, buildable, and compliant with project specifications and applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop façade and curtain wall design concepts based on architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models for aluminum and glazing systems
• Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure façade designs are coordinated and buildable
• Select appropriate façade systems, profiles, and materials based on performance and design requirements
• Liaise with structural and design engineers to validate façade design feasibility and structural compliance
• Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and production teams to support tendering and manufacturing processes
• Prepare technical submittals, design calculations, and documentation for client/consultant approval
• Support site teams during installation by clarifying design intent and resolving technical queries
• Stay updated on façade design trends, materials, and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in façade design, curtain wall systems, or architectural glazing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other façade design and 3D modeling software
• Strong understanding of aluminum and glazing systems, curtain walls, and façade detailing
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and façade performance requirements (thermal, structural, acoustic)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, buildable drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills to work across design, production, and site teams
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
