Senior Accounts Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive/Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry and hands-on experience with accounting software. The ideal candidate must be able to join immediately and will support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory requirements. Job Role –

• Oversee daily finance and accounts operations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost control measures
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and ledger activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and UAE statutory requirements
• Assist in audits, taxation, and regulatory filings
• Maintain internal controls and financial procedures
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
• Coordinate and guide the finance & accounts team in daily operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• Professional qualification such as CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA will be an advantage
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts, preferably in the F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Hands-on experience with audits, taxation, and statutory requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with multi-location or multi-unit accounting within the F&B sector is preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given preference

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
