We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead our sourcing and procurement function for aluminum, glazing, and façade materials.

Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement of raw materials, components, and equipment for our aluminum and façade operations — ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery to support both factory production and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, and façade-related materials
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local and international suppliers and manufacturers
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure best value and quality
• Coordinate with production, projects, and estimation teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely procurement
• Monitor market trends, material pricing, and currency fluctuations to optimize purchasing decisions
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and quality standards
• Oversee inventory levels, lead times, and logistics coordination for incoming materials
• Resolve supply chain issues, delays, and quality non-conformances with vendors
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and savings tracking for management
• Lead and mentor the procurement team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 8–15 years of procurement experience within the aluminum, façade, glazing, or construction materials industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of aluminum and façade materials, suppliers, and market dynamics in the UAE/GCC
• Proven negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization skills
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a procurement team
• Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and MS Excel
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
• UAE driving license preferred

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
