JOB PURPOSE
The Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the retail real estate operation, ensuring alignment with the regional real estate expansion strategy, country-level expansion directives, and brand-specific development plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the strategic direction of the brands' expansion into new markets by spearheading the market scouting process, identifying prospective locations, and managing potential company expansion.

Identify all present and future real estate needs to ensure the fulfillment of the company's and the country's expansion plans.

Negotiate commercial terms for new opportunities, renewals, and rent reductions with strategic landlords, ensuring alignment with the real estate strategy.

Build, strengthen, and sustain strong relationships with leasing directors and key account directors.

Analyze real estate projects to accurately validate the right market.

Deliver accurate information to the engineering and operation departments to facilitate successful project delivery.

Attend industry exhibitions to gather relevant information and update market intelligence. Conduct quarterly market research on prevailing rent and retail trends.

Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
Qualifications
LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Specific Skills
- Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
General Experience
Seven to nine years of managerial experience in a similar role.
Managerial Experience
Four years of experience in a managerial role.
