As we continue to expand our Fit-Out division, we are looking for a detail-driven Estimator – Fit-Out to join our growing team and play a key role in winning and delivering high-quality projects.

Role Overview

The Estimator – Fit-Out will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for fit-out and interior projects, ensuring competitiveness while protecting profitability. You will work closely with our sales, procurement, and project teams to support the full bidding lifecycle from enquiry to award.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fit-out projects
• Carry out quantity take-offs and material/labor costing for joinery, MEP, finishes, partitions, glazing, and related interior systems
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Prepare and submit tender packages within deadlines, ensuring compliance with client requirements
• Analyze project specifications to identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternatives
• Maintain a database of current material, labor, and subcontractor rates
• Support the sales and business development team during client negotiations and presentations
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to validate estimates against actual project costs
• Track and report on tender win rates and estimating accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of estimating experience in fit-out, interior contracting, or architectural systems (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, glazing, and finishing systems
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam) and MS Excel
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
