🚀 Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site technical lead for customer engagements and deployments
Design and implement end-to-end solutions across APIs, backend, data pipelines, and frontend
Deploy and configure systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
Build PoCs, pilot projects, and customized integrations based on client needs
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack
Deliver technical workshops, demos, and training sessions
Translate real-world customer challenges into product feedback and engineering requirements
Collaborate closely with global engineering teams to drive successful delivery

✅ Requirements

3–8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or similar roles
Strong hands-on coding ability (full-stack or backend preferred)
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and distributed systems
Proven ability to work directly with customers in technical environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (must-have)
Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed
