ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Engineer to lead business development activities across the UAE market. The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and provide technical consultation on aluminium, glazing, and facade system solutions. This role requires a commercially minded individual with a strong technical background in facade engineering and a proven ability to operate independently across a defined territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy across the UAE market, identifying prospects within the real estate development, construction, and contracting sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, main contractors, façade subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations for Euro Systems' aluminum, glazing, and façade product portfolio.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the estimation and projects teams.
• Track and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-through from initial enquiry to contract award.
• Gather and relay market intelligence including competitor activity, pricing trends, and upcoming projects across the UAE.
• Coordinate with internal teams including design, estimation, project management, and production to ensure client requirements are met.
• Attend project sites, client offices, and industry events to maintain visibility and strengthen Euro Systems' presence across the UAE.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as agreed with management.
• Represent the Euro Systems brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven sales or business development experience within the aluminium, glazing, or facade industry in the UAE.
• Demonstrated track record of generating and closing sales in the UAE construction and architectural market.
• Strong technical knowledge of aluminium facade systems, curtain walling, glazing, and related architectural products.
• Existing relationships with developers, consultants, and main contractors across the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License with a clean record (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
