🚀 Hiring: Odoo Developer – Al-Ihsan Charity Association

• Al-Ihsan Charity Association is looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our technical team and help build and maintain the systems that power our charitable operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules to fit the association's needs
• Integrate Odoo with external systems and APIs
• Maintain and improve existing systems, troubleshoot issues
• Contribute to process automation using AI tools

Requirements:

✅ Hands-on experience in Odoo development (Python, XML, ORM, QWeb)

✅ Strong, demonstrated proficiency with AI tools to accelerate and improve development (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) — this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have

✅ Prior Odoo and/or AI-related projects you can showcase are highly preferred

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

✅ Genuine interest in contributing to a charitable mission
