Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Planning, Claims & Contract Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, progress monitoring, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, delay analysis, contractual claims, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using appropriate planning software.
- Prepare progress reports and management updates.
- Prepare EOT submissions and supporting documentation.
- Perform delay analysis and assess project impacts.
- Prepare contractual claims related to delays, variations, disruptions, and prolongation costs.
- Draft contractual correspondence and notices.
- Maintain proper records and supporting evidence.
- Support negotiations and dispute resolution processes.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with UAE main contractors preferred.
- Proven experience in EOT preparation, delay analysis, and contractual claims.
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.

Technical Skills

- Project scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
- Delay analysis and project controls.
- Claims preparation and contract administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Documentation and record management.
