We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Project Electrical Engineer to join our team for major infrastructure projects in the UAE.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants who do not fully meet the following requirements will not be shortlisted:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

- Minimum 7 years of Gulf experience in infrastructure projects

- Proven experience in Street Lighting Systems and Tunnel Lighting Control Systems (TLCS)

- Valid UAE/GCC Driving License

- Valid UAE Residence Visa (preferred)

- Strong hands-on experience in installation, testing & commissioning (T&C), operation, and maintenance of electrical systems

- Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities

Technical Experience Required

Practical experience in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of:

- Main Distribution Boards (MDB)

- Distribution Boards (DB)

- UPS Systems

- L20 Luminance Meter Systems

- Street Lighting Systems

- Tunnel Lighting Control Systems (TLCS)

- LED Luminaires and Lighting Specifications

- Cable Trays and Trunking Systems

- LV Power and Control Cabling Works

- Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems

- Electrical Infrastructure Networks

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise electrical infrastructure projects from commencement to handover

- Review drawings, specifications, technical submittals, and shop drawings

- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control site activities to meet project schedules

- Lead installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors

- Prepare project reports, work programs, inspection requests, and technical documentation

- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support throughout project execution

- Monitor subcontractor performance and project progress

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure electrical systems

- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
