Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate road infrastructure and precast construction activities at project sites.
Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Monitor daily site operations, work progress, manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
Ensure proper installation and execution of precast elements such as culverts, barriers, retaining walls, manholes, and drainage structures.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, and project teams to achieve project objectives.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor road construction activities including earthworks, subgrade preparation, asphalt works, kerbstones, interlocks, and drainage systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain site records.
Identify technical issues and propose effective engineering solutions.
Verify quantities, prepare measurement sheets, and assist in project billing and cost control.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and project safety requirements.
Coordinate material inspections and quality control tests for construction materials.
Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the project management team.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
Ensure timely completion of assigned works while maintaining quality and budget requirements.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of precast concrete production, installation, and road infrastructure construction.
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and work under pressure.

Preferred Experience:

3–4 years of experience in road infrastructure, utilities, and precast construction projects.
Experience with drainage networks, road works, precast concrete elements, and utility installations.
UAE/GCC experience will be an added advantage.
