AI-Native Software Engineer / Full-Stack Product Builder

YESAGAIN is looking for an AI-native software engineer to help build and improve our internal and customer-facing software systems. This role is for someone who can use AI coding tools seriously across the full development workflow: planning, coding, debugging, testing, documentation, automation, and product iteration.

We are not looking for a traditional engineer who only writes code manually, and we are not looking for someone who blindly copies AI output. We need someone who can use AI as a powerful engineering partner while still owning the architecture, quality, and final result.

What You Will Work On

• Build and improve web applications, dashboards, internal tools, and marketplace-related systems.
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools to accelerate development.
• Turn business problems into working software quickly and practically.
• Build automations for operations, reporting, quality control, inventory, sales, and e-commerce workflows.
• Integrate with APIs, databases, marketplaces, AI services, and third-party platforms.
• Review, test, and improve AI-generated code before it reaches production.
• Create clear technical documentation and reusable workflows using AI-assisted tools.
• What We Need
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, especially full-stack web development.
• Practical experience with modern web stacks such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, APIs, or similar.
• Strong ability to use AI tools for real engineering work, not just simple code suggestions.
• Ability to debug, test, and validate generated code properly.
• Comfortable working independently with high ownership.
• Fast learner who can handle unclear business requirements and turn them into usable systems.
• Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, ERP, inventory, repair operations, or automation is a plus.
