AI Software Developer / Full-Stack Developer

Transparent Property Management is seeking an experienced and innovative AI Software Developer to help build a next-generation Property Management Application designed specifically for the UAE market.

This is an opportunity to join an established property management company and play a key role in developing a software solution that combines digital property management tools with real-world operational support services.

What You'll Be Working On You will help design, build, and launch an APP that enables landlords to:

• Manage their properties online
• Track tenancy and maintenance requests
• Request move-in/move-out inspections
• Coordinate maintenance services
• Access property management support on demand
• Connect seamlessly with our offline service team

Our vision is to create a platform tailored specifically for the Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets while integrating real-world property management services.

Requirements:

• Strong software development and coding skills
• Experience with AI tools, automation, and integrations
• Full-stack development experience preferred
• User-Interface experience
• Experience building SaaS platforms or web applications
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in PropTech or Real Estate Technology is a plus

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• UAE: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• AI Automation Tools: 1 year (Required)
