Position: Architectural & Structural Draftsman

Experience Required: 3–5 Years (UAE Construction Industry)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural & Structural Draftsman with 3–5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of architectural and structural drafting standards, consultant requirements, authority regulations, and construction methodologies. The candidate should be capable of preparing, coordinating, and revising drawings throughout all project stages, from design development to construction and as-built documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural and structural shop drawings in accordance with approved drawings, consultant requirements, project specifications, and relevant codes.

- Develop GA drawings, detailed construction drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and as-built drawings.

- Prepare reinforcement detailing, foundation layouts, retaining wall details, slab layouts, structural sections, and other structural drawings as required.

- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve design clashes.

- Revise drawings based on consultant comments and ensure timely resubmission.

- Ensure all drawings comply with local authority regulations, project specifications, and consultant standards.

- Prepare drawing submission packages, drawing registers, and revision records.

- Support project engineers and site teams with technical drafting requirements.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience as an Architectural and Structural Draftsman in the UAE construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of consultant drawing standards, shop drawing preparation, and construction detailing.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

- Experience with Revit, BIM, Navisworks, and other drafting/modeling software will be an added advantage.

- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate between disciplines.

- Good understanding of Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, and other relevant authority requirement.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet project deadlines.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
