Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our Architectural Design Team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and technically strong professional with a solid background in architectural design, master planning, and project coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, preparing architectural drawings and presentations, and ensuring projects meet client requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop architectural design concepts from initial stages through detailed design.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior architects and designers.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Review project specifications, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Assist in obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress and provide design support during construction stages when required.
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum 7–12 years of architectural design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural design projects.
• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or large-scale developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Experience working in the GCC/UAE is highly preferred.
