Description

1. Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare, review, and maintain all project-related documents including quotations, submittals, compliance statements, O&M manuals, and delivery notes.
  • Ensure alignment with UAE regulatory requirements (DCD, municipality, consultant specifications).

2. Procurement & Supplier Coordination

  • Coordinate with local and international suppliers for pricing, lead times, LPO follow-ups, and shipment tracking.
  • Prepare purchase requests, compare supplier quotations, and support procurement decisions.
  • Monitor delivery schedules for equipment.

3. Project Coordination

  • Support the project team with documentation for site approvals, material inspections, and consultant submissions.
  • Track project progress, delivery timelines, and installation schedules.
  • Maintain communication logs with contractors, consultants, and clients.

4. Sales & Customer Support

  • Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, product data sheets, and technical clarifications.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, share product information, and coordinate after‑sales service requests.
  • Prepare thank‑you emails, follow-up messages, and business correspondence.

5. Finance & Administration

  • Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and coordination with accounts for supplier payments.
  • Maintain petty cash records, expense sheets, and project cost summaries.
  • Support management with MIS reports, sales tracking, and performance dashboards.

6. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with the technical team to prepare sequence of operation, compliance notes, and system descriptions.
  • Coordinate with logistics for material dispatch, delivery notes, and warehouse stock updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
