Survey Officer

Job Purpose:

To support the Survey Department through administrative, coordination, and documentation activities, ensuring smooth workflow between field survey teams, engineering teams, and project management, while maintaining accurate survey records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of all survey-related documentation and records
• Manage and control survey data, reports, drawings, and deliverables received from field survey teams
• Coordinate with field surveyors to ensure timely submission of survey results and updates
• Support in reviewing and compiling survey reports, as-built drawings, and data submissions
• Maintain tracking logs for survey activities, equipment status, and calibration records
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly survey progress reports for management review
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and QA/QC teams for data verification and alignment
• Ensure proper filing (digital and hard copy) of all survey documentation in line with company standards
• Assist in data entry and basic processing of survey information using Excel and related software
• Follow up on approvals, submissions, and inter-departmental communications related to survey works
• Support administrative tasks within the Survey Department as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in a survey, engineering, or technical administrative role
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects
