Network & Infrastructure Security Architect - Global Client

This is a 6 month renewable contract to work for a market leading global client based 5 days per week on site in Abu Dhabi

Network and Security Infrastructure Architect is required ASAP by our client to lead the design and implementation of advanced secure network architectures supporting highly resilient enterprise digital platforms and critical infrastructure environments. This role will focus on secure network segmentation, infrastructure protection, secure connectivity models, service isolation, traffic governance, and secure interconnection patterns across modern enterprise platforms and data center environments. You will work closely with infrastructure, platform, and cybersecurity teams to establish scalable and secure operational network foundations.

Essential previous experience should include

• Strong experience with enterprise and data center networking
• Experience with infrastructure security architecture and segmentation
• Familiarity with secure gateway technologies and controlled communication architectures
• Experience with network security controls and secure access models
• Experience supporting modern virtualization and container platforms
• Familiarity with software-defined networking concepts
• Experience with enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure traffic inspection
• Experience with secure operational environments and infrastructure governance
• 10+ years in enterprise networking and infrastructure security
• Strong understanding of secure infrastructure design principles
• Experience in large-scale or mission-critical environments preferred
• Ability to work across infrastructure, security, and platform engineering teams
• Strong analytical, documentation, and architecture governance skills
