Job Description:

CBE GULF is seeking additional highly skilled and motivated Project Managers to oversee MEP and HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle includes planning, execution, quality assurance, safety protocols, and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. The goal is to ensure project completion on time, within the budget, and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement site mobilization plans, initial construction schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), maintain material and drawing submittal logs, create procurement schedules, and secure consultant approvals.
• Submit shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents, ensuring all approvals from consultants and clients are obtained.
• Create and manage project schedules, assigning tasks to teams, labor groups, and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings with staff, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project progress.
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved methods, drawings, and the main contractor's requirements.
• Develop and implement quality and safety plans, ensuring compliance across all stages of the project.
• Minimize site instructions and non-conformance reports, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare billing schedules and coordinate the collection of payments from clients.
• Maintain company profitability and uphold a positive image of the company.
• Provide technical support to other departments when required.
• Design and implement training programs for newly recruited staff and engineers.
• Manage worker distribution and perform across various sites, ensuring efficient skill utilization.
• Control resources, tools, materials, and consumable management to optimize site operations.
• Coordinate transport management to ensure proper allocation of vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of MEP and HVAC projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective project plans and executive methods.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, energetic, with strong customer focus, and a willingness to help others.
• Ready to relocate or commute in Dubai.
