About the job:

Position: Junior AI Engineer – Production Agentic AI Systems

Location: Ajman

We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to work on a live, production-grade Agentic AI platform supporting customer operations and business workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work across AI agents, cloud infrastructure, automation, databases, and enterprise-scale AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance production AI agents and workflow automation systems.
• Debug and improve agent behavior, tool usage, routing logic, and response quality.
• Develop and support customer-facing and internal business process automations.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases, APIs, and backend services to enable AI-driven workflows.
• Manage and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure, Docker deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance through logging, telemetry, and observability tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Backend Development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Git, Docker, REST APIs, and software development best practices.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, and cloud deployments.
• Understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, tool calling, or AI-powered applications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases and backend systems.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with OpenClaw, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, DSPy, or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Understanding of cloud security, observability, and CI/CD automation.
