Maintenance Engineers play a critical role in preventing downtime, enhancing equipment performance, and ensuring workplace safety

Key Responsibilities

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Problem-solving skills to propose quick and affordable solutions
• Implementing preventive maintenance programs and conducting routine inspections
• Coordinating with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work
• Managing spare parts inventory and ordering replacements as needed
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards
• Provide technical support and training on new equipment.
• Collaborating with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks

What You’ll Bring

• Technical qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, equipment maintenance, and fault diagnosis
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the mechanical and/or oil & gas industry
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external contractors
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and preventive maintenance planning is an advantage
