wWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet organizational objectives

.Key Responsibilitie

• sGather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings and workshops
• .Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• .Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure project alignment
• .Analyze and improve business processes by developing As-Is and To-Be workflows
• .Support solution design, UAT, and validation of business requirements
• .Track requirements, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
• .Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business analysis best practices
• .Stay updated on digital transformation trends, tools, and methodologies

Qualificatio**

• nsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related disciplin

e.Experien

• ce6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation, technology, or enterprise project
• s.Proven experience gathering and managing requirements in complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• s.Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environment
• s.Exposure to business transformation, process improvement, and enterprise application
