Immediate Joiners only.
Minimum 2 years experience
Conducting field surveys and measurements using a variety of modern surveying equipment, such as total stations and GPS
Recording the results of surveys and verifying the accuracy of data
Preparing maps, diagrams, and reports detailing the results of surveys
Determining property boundaries and providing advice on boundary issues
Working closely with engineers, architects and stakeholders to provide surveying information for construction and development projects
Using computer software, including CAD, to draft plans and create visual aids
Researching legal documents, land records, previous survey records and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries
Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure that the objectives of the survey are met
