Responsibilities**

：1 . Handle technical support for the company's products (NetCom-Main, OTT-Backup). This includes analyzing product issues, providing explanations, and coordinating with relevant parties

.; 2. Do the UAT test on site for the products upgradin

g; 3. Project solution formulation, consultation and answer, on-site technical guidance, fault analysis and troubleshootin

g;4 . Establish and maintain a good relationship with the customer's technical team, collect customer's technical demands, and provide customized technical support and solution

s; 5. Conduct product demonstrations, set up demonstration environments, and provide on-the-spot explanation

s;6 . Manage and resolve customer complaints, providing technical support throughout the product's entire lifecycl

e;7 . Collect technical issue reported from client, organize internal meeting, prepare or review report/document for the resolution for clien

Skills and Qualificati** on
