As we accelerate our global strategic roadmap, we are building a localized elite team in Germany. We are looking for a dedicated, target-driven Business Development Manager (m/w/d) to expand our market footprint, drive revenue growth, and co-create the future of green energy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients, while maintaining and deepening relationships with existing key accounts (distributors, installers, and project developers).
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sustainable local sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand our market share.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Prepare quotations, lead contract negotiations, and close deals alignment with company strategic and financial objectives.
  • Brand Representation: Present our cutting-edge products and services to potential clients, representing the company at major industry exhibitions, fairs, and networking events.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze the local market landscape, monitor competitor movements, and identify emerging business opportunities and trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with specialized internal departments (especially Marketing) to optimize sales campaigns and local brand awareness.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate client data within the CRM system and prepare regular market forecasts and sales reports for the management team.

Your Profile

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of proven track record in B2B sales/business development. Experience in Renewable Energy / Energy Storage / Inverter industry is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and high-level negotiation skills.
  • Language: Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for smooth cross-border collaboration with HQ. Professional proficiency in German is a strong asset.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and experienced with mainstream CRM systems.
  • Attributes: High level of self-motivation, strong target orientation, self-confidence, and the ability to work independently in a remote, dynamic environment.
