This team supports clients in defining AI and data strategies, implementing large-scale data platforms, and deploying smart automation solutions that enhance human productivity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading complex implementation projects across all phases, from initial proposal and analysis to planning, design, and final execution.
• Advising clients on the functional and technical implementation of process automation with a focus on Conversational AI and Intelligent Document Processing.
• Driving business development through portfolio optimization and the professional development of the internal automation expert community.
• Analyzing business processes and digitalization potential using modern technologies and traditional Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Designing and building operating models for intelligent automation environments.

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional consulting experience specifically in Conversational AI or Intelligent Document Processing.
• A university degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics with a focus on IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic analysis, maturity assessments, and cost-benefit evaluations for automation projects.
• Strong enthusiasm for innovative software robotics and automation solutions demonstrated through previous project work.
• Professional fluency in German and English, along with a willingness to travel for client engagements.
