This strategic and hands-on role is designed for an experienced professional who excels at both new business development and key account management. So far, Eufomex was able to grow through partnerships with recruiting agencies. Your role will be to help us reach the next growth level through direct client-relationships.

Ihre Rolle (English) In general, you will be responsible for:

  • 80% Business Development: Proactively identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities through direct outreach to potential clients, partnerships with recruiting agencies, and leveraging your established network in Banking, Asset Management, and insurance.

  • 20% Key Account Management: Managing and expanding relationships with existing & new clients by deeply understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and driving long-term satisfaction and retention. Ihre Aufgaben (English)

  • Business development:

    • You actively approach potential customers, ideally using contacts from your own network, and by identifying potential new contact persons through research in the fields of Banking, Asset Management & Insurance.
    • You will schedule calls/meetings with contact persons to specifically analyze clients’ needs and identify concrete opportunities for placing Eufomex consultants on projects.
    • You will negotiate deals with potential clients in close alignment with Eufomex Management and assist with closing new deals.
    • Once the deal is won, you will coordinate dates for a project onboarding and kick-off with the customer and consultant.
    • You carefully document your activities and results in our CRM system to ensure transparent tracking.
    • You will work closely with Eufomex management, contribute ideas, and actively shape the further development of our business model.
  • Key Account Management:

    • You will maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
    • You will proactively identify additional service opportunities within existing and new clients.
    • You will Monitor and benchmark competitors to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
    • You will reach out directly to existing and new clients ensuring their satisfaction and establishing a proper feedback process. Unsere Anforderungen (English)
  • A proven track record in senior sales, business development, or key account management within financial sector.

  • A well-established and actively maintained professional network in Banking, Asset Management and Insurance.

  • Deep understanding of the contract workforce industry, including talent acquisition and project-based engagement models.

  • Self-motivated, highly proactive, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strategic alignment with company goals.
