Your Role in Shaping the Future
- Elevate the Employee Lifecycle: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth, supportive transitions for employees from a warm onboarding experience to a respectful offboarding process.
- Cultivate a Positive Environment: Act as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, actively resolving conflicts, and maintaining a healthy, productive work environment through open communication.
- Drive Inclusive Collaboration: Act as the heartbeat of our workplace culture; design, plan, and execute internal team events, summer/winter parties, and creative team-building rituals that are accessible, inclusive, and celebrate our diverse team.
- End-to-End Recruiting Support: Drive our hiring efforts and act as the organizational backbone of recruitment; craft inclusive job postings, manage candidate pipelines, partner with leadership to seamlessly schedule and conduct interviews, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Own HR Operations & Data: Coordinate monthly payroll activities, manage benefits programs and maintain accurate internal HR systems and employee records.
Your Value-Add
- The Experience: Profound professional experience in a People & Culture / HR Generalist role, preferably within a digital, creative, or consulting environment. Proven experience in managing applicant tracking systems, coordinating interview logistics, and confidently conducting interviews alongside hiring managers.
- The Expertise: Understanding of German employment law, modern HR operations, and progressive talent management practices.
- The Creative Spark: Passion for organizing team events, workshops, or community initiatives that successfully boost collaboration, team spirit, and cultural inclusion.
- The Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a deep sense of personal ownership, a genuine passion for process optimization, and a love for building workplace culture.
- The Communication: Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly
