The Project & Communications Coordinator serves as the primary corporate representative, communication bridge, and operational tracker for the company's external business-to-business (B2B) relationships. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining clear communication channels with third-party marketing, creative, and media agencies, while systematically tracking the timelines, schedules, and deliverables of all ongoing campaigns, events, and collaborative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Agency Management & B2B Communications (The Bridge)
- Serve as the main professional point of contact and communication liaison between the company and external creative, media, printing, and marketing agencies.
- Manage corporate outreach and handle initial communications for brand-to-brand collaborations, corporate joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Translate internal corporate goals and campaign requirements into clear, comprehensive creative briefs for external agencies and vendors.
- Maintain open, professional, and consistent communication with all external business stakeholders to uphold the company’s premium market reputation.
2. Project Management & Timeline Tracking (The Tracker)
- Build, own, and maintain the master marketing operations and collaborations calendar to visually map out all scheduled activities.
- Systematically track the milestone deadlines and deliverables of all "on-process" agency projects, ensuring zero operational delays.
- Act as an internal "traffic controller," coordinating seamlessly with branch leaders and internal teams to ensure local execution aligns with agency timelines.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or schedule delays with external vendors and flag them immediately to senior management with proposed solutions.
3. Campaign Coordination & Reporting (The Representative)
- Coordinate the logistical requirements, event schedules, and corporate communication workflows for joint marketing campaigns and brand partnerships.
- Ensure that all external agencies strictly adhere to established brand guidelines, corporate identities, and contractual agreements.
- Compile structured weekly status reports regarding ongoing project workflows, campaign timelines, and agency performance for management review.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Media, or a closely related field (Mandatory).
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing external agency relationships, marketing coordinator roles, or corporate project tracking—ideally within the premium hospitality, food & beverage, or retail sectors in the UAE.
- Project Skills: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to build project timelines, track concurrent deliverables, and manage strict schedules.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written business communication skills; highly comfortable drafting formal partnership proposals and managing B2B corporate relations.
- Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working as a structured link between creative agencies and corporate operations.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour
