Site Engineer

Position Overview

This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for a passionate engineering graduate or beginner to transition from academic theory to hands-on project management. You will work directly under our senior engineers and project managers to supervise on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and maintain strict structural quality control.

Structured Onboarding: To set you up for ultimate success, this role begins with a mandatory 2-week intensive training and orientation program. You will be fully guided through our company protocols, safety workflows, and site management systems before taking on live responsibilities.Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Assist in daily on-site supervision of construction works to ensure alignment with architectural and structural blueprints.
• Progress Tracking: Help monitor and document daily site progress, material deliveries, and contractor performance.
• Coordination Support: Act as a bridge between the site workforce and the main design/technical office.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure that all site activities strictly adhere to local safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Documentation: Maintain clean, precise daily site logs, photo records, and progress reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a strictly related field.
• Experience: 0–1 years of experience (Fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are highly encouraged to apply).
• Skills: Basic understanding of reading construction drawings and structural layouts.
• Traits: Strong communication skills, high adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• License: A valid UAE driving license is required.
