Tasks

Support the Application Owner for the MACE Audit application.

Create and manage the MACE Audit roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives, user needs, and regulatory requirements.

Drive the continuous development, optimization, and maintenance of the application.

Manage application changes, releases, and testing activities.

Plan and monitor budgets and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure a user-friendly UI/UX and support the global deployment and use of the application.

Coordinate, evaluate, and review the technical feasibility of business requirements and identify related IT demands.

Create and maintain application documentation, including deletion concepts, IT security documentation, migration plans, data archiving procedures, training materials, and application profiles.

Ensure compliance with IT security standards and guidelines, including coordination of activities such as penetration testing.

Qualifications / Experience

Experience in application lifecycle management, including change, release, and test management.

Knowledge of roadmap planning and aligning applications with business and regulatory requirements.

Understanding of UI/UX principles and global application deployment.

Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical and IT requirements.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with external partners.

Experience in budget planning and project coordination.

Familiarity with application documentation and IT governance processes.

Knowledge of IT security standards and best practices, including vulnerability and penetration testing processes.

Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
