Our Mission: Disrupting a Trillion-Dollar Industry

We are engineering the definitive Supply Chain Operating System (OS) for the construction sector. Our B2B SaaS platform seamlessly connects suppliers, logistics providers, and construction firms—completely digitizing the lifecycle of orders, delivery notes, and invoices. By erasing paper-based friction, we dramatically cut operational costs, unlock real-time supply chain transparency, and enable data-driven environmental impact tracking.

The Opportunity

As a (Senior) Solutions Engineer for Integrations, you will serve as the critical technical bridge between our high-growth platform and our enterprise clients' complex software architectures. This is an end-to-end ownership role where you act as a strategic consultant to external IT teams and a vital partner to our internal Product and Engineering divisions.

AI-First Culture: We don't just talk about artificial intelligence; we live it. You will operate within an advanced AI-first workflow, utilizing cutting-edge AI tools daily to supercharge your output, automate documentation, and scale your overall impact.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery: Take full accountability for client integration lifecycles—from initial technical discovery and solution design to testing, go-live, and driving long-term user adoption.
  • Infrastructure Analysis: Evaluate legacy IT landscapes, data pipelines, and business workflows to map out optimal, highly scalable integration paths.
  • Architecture Design: Conceptualize and construct resilient integration frameworks utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, EDI protocols, file-based data transfers, and customized customer workflows.
  • Prototyping & Code Deployment: Hands-on development of integration components using Python, collaborating directly with core Engineering to ship configurations into production.
  • AI-Enhanced Workflows: Leverage next-generation AI environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) daily to accelerate technical analysis, generate clean code, and draft specifications rapidly.
  • Performance Engineering: Monitor post-deployment integration health, analyze stability metrics, collect client feedback, and systematically iterate on our internal tooling and product features.

Your Professional Blueprint

Core Experience & Tech Stack

  • Experience: 3+ Years in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Integration Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Technical Sales Engineer)—ideally within a fast-scaling startup, scale-up, or high-performing Big Tech ecosystem.
  • Tech Stack Fluency: Deep hands-on mastery of APIs, webhooks, modern system-to-system communication patterns, and integration architecture.
  • Coding: Confident reading, writing, and debugging Python code for deployment, prototyping, and configuration purposes.

Data & Enterprise Systems

  • Data Layouts: Strong familiarity with structural data standards and EDI/XML formats (e.g., EDIFACT, ZUGFeRD, ebInterface, or similar standards).
  • ERP Frameworks: Prior exposure to major ERP ecosystems like SAP, DATEV, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage. A background or exposure to the construction or logistics industries is a major plus.

Soft Skills & Communication

  • Bilingual Communication: Full professional proficiency in both German (C1+) and English (C1+) is mandatory. Exceptional ability to draft clear technical specifications and distill complex architectural concepts into clear business language.
  • AI Fluent: An innate curiosity and proven track record of maximizing productivity via AI agents, while th
