The Role

The Senior RevOrg Data Analyst turns cross‑functional GTM data (Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, CS) into predictive, actionable insights that improve pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and revenue efficiency. This role acts as the analytical engine of RevOrg, enabling alignment across the full customer lifecycle.

A highly analytical problem solver who enjoys diagnosing funnel issues, building scalable reporting structures, explaining performance patterns to non‑technical stakeholders, and directly enabling revenue teams to operate more efficiently.

What This Role Owns

  • End‑to‑end revenue analytics (funnel, lifecycle, performance trends).
  • Forecasting analysis, scenario modeling, and variance explanations.
  • Multi‑touch attribution and marketing performance analytics.
  • Sales productivity insights and enablement impact measurement.
  • Data quality and governance working with CRM, Marketing Ops & Sales Ops.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑End Revenue Analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards covering the full lifecycle (Lead → Opportunity → Renewal/Expansion).
  • Analyze funnel conversion trends, segment performance, and pipeline health.
  • Perform root‑cause analyses to identify friction points and recommend improvements.
  • Support forecasting through trend modeling, scenario analysis, and variance explanations
  • Attribution & Marketing-Performance
  • Develop and refine multi‑touch attribution models.
  • Measure channel performance using metrics like ROAS, Cost per Opportunity, and LTV:CAC.
  • Evaluate A/B test results for campaigns, landing pages, and nurture flows.
  • Sales Productivity & Enablement Analytics
  • Analyze sales activity, content usage, and training adoption.
  • Identify patterns influencing productivity, cycle length, and win rates.
  • Provide data‑driven recommendations for enablement and coaching.
  • Data Quality & Governance
  • Monitor data completeness, accuracy, and process adherence across CRM and GTM systems.
  • Partner with CRM Admins, Ops teams, and Data Engineering to improve data reliability and definitions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS analytics (RevOps, Sales/Marketing/Customer Success analytics).
  • Advanced SQL; solid Python/R; strong Excel.
  • Experience with CRM analytics (Salesforce or similar), Marketing Automation, Sales/Customer Success tools.
  • Strong dashboarding (Tableau or Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex data insights.

Preferred Background

  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Master’s degree (or PhD) in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
