Digital platforms are the core drivers for scaling insurance and reinsurance products at Munich Re.
REALYTIX ZERO is a worldwide scalable technology platform (rules and pricing engine) designed to digitize and automate insurance workflows through self-configuration.
The cross-functional team in Munich blends underwriting, platform engineering, architecture, pricing, and data engineering using agile methodologies.
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will own and execute implementation work for a diverse global client base, including internal client teams, insurers, MGAs, and brokers.
You will bridge the gap between business underwriting requirements and technical platform configuration, directly impacting adoption and the business volume transacted via the platform.
We offer a workplace where colleagues are empowered to achieve their best.
You will work in a high-density talent environment where underwriting meets state-of-the-art software engineering.
Our goal is to foster an inclusive culture that reflects the global communities and customers we serve.

2. Technical Implementation & Implementation Engineering
