The Role
As a (Senior) Solutions Engineer for Integrations, you will act as the crucial technical link between our rapidly expanding cloud platform and our clients' complex enterprise IT environments. In this position, you will maintain end-to-end responsibility for client integration lifecycles, serving as an expert technical consultant for our customers and a core strategic ally to our internal Product and Engineering groups.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Spearhead customer integration lifecycles from early technical scoping and solution architecture through to development, testing, launch, and long-term user adoption.
- Technical Analysis: Deconstruct and evaluate client software environments, data pipelines, operational processes, and integration targets to craft optimized technical blueprints.
- Solution Architecture: Design resilient integration frameworks utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, EDI protocols, file-based data transfers, third-party software, and bespoke customer workflows.
- Prototyping & Building: Personally build, configure, and prototype integration elements using Python, collaborating directly with core Engineering to safely ship them to production.
- AI-Driven Development: Integrate modern AI-assisted engineering environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) into your daily routine to speed up architectural analysis, generate clean code, and draft documentation faster.
- Success Monitoring: Evaluate system performance and connection stability post-deployment, gather continuous client feedback, and champion ongoing product and workflow enhancements.
Your Profile
Core Experience
- 3+ Years of proven success in a customer-facing technical position (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Sales Engineer), ideally within a fast-moving startup, scale-up, or big tech environment.
- Integration Protocols: Hands-on mastery of APIs, webhooks, modern system communication architectural patterns, and system-to-system data exchange.
Data & Enterprise Systems
- Data Formats: Comprehensive knowledge of structural EDI and XML-based data standards (such as EDIFACT, ZUGFeRD, ebInterface, or highly comparable frameworks).
- ERP Systems: Foundational experience working alongside or connecting with major enterprise ecosystems like SAP, DATEV, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage. Prior exposure to the construction or logistics sectors is a major competitive advantage.
- Coding Skills: Confident ability to read, interpret, and write Python code for prototyping, testing, and deployment configurations.
