Your role

As Bar Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our westhub Bar & Lounge and Cloud 6 Rooftop Terrace.

You will be responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience, supporting and guiding your team, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations across both outlets.

Working closely with the Assistant Director of F&B, you will play an active role in the ongoing development of our bar concepts, service standards, and team culture.

Your responsibilities

• You take operational responsibility for our bar outlets in daily business.

• You lead, plan, and further develop your bar team as well as apprentices.

• You ensure consistent service quality, guest experience, and operational standards.

• You are actively present in service and work on the floor.

• You monitor key figures such as revenue, cost of goods, and expenses, and derive appropriate actions.

• You develop new drinks together with your team and introduce current trends into the beverage menu.

• You work closely with the F&B and leadership team and are involved in operational decision-making.

• You support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

• You contribute to the further development of our bar concepts. What you bring

• Several years of experience in the bar or F&B sector, ideally with first leadership experience

• Experience in hotel or multi-outlet operations is an advantage

• You enjoy taking responsibility and leading a team in daily operations

• You work in a structured way and maintain oversight even in dynamic situations

• You have a solid understanding of business-related F&B metrics

• You are confident in guest and team interactions and have a professional appearance

• You have good German and English skills
