Electrician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring, conduits, cable trays, and raceways according to approved drawings.
• Install and terminate electrical cables, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and distribution boards.
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Install earthing and lightning protection systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain electrical tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report material requirements and site issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Electrician in the construction industry (UAE experience preferred).
• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical installation practices, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with electrical tools, testing equipment, and safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
