Mechatronics Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Mechatronics Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing advanced automotive electrical, electronic, and mechatronic systems. This role requires expertise in modern vehicle technologies, including ECU systems, diagnostics, sensors, and electric vehicles (EVs).

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, electronic, and mechatronic vehicle systems.
• Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics using manufacturer and aftermarket diagnostic equipment.
• Analyse and repair ECU, BCM, ABS, SRS, transmission, and other control modules.
• Diagnose vehicle communication network issues.
• Support repair and calibration of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Inspect, test, and repair sensors, actuators, wiring harnesses, and electronic components.
• Perform software updates, coding, programming, and module configuration where applicable.
• Support diagnosis and repair of hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and repair recommendations.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with advanced technical issues.
• Ensure repairs are completed according to manufacturer standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.
• Participate in technical training and continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and mechatronic systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electronics, electrical systems, and vehicle communication networks.
• Experience with OEM diagnostic tools and software.
• Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and service information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driving license.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
