MEP Foreman - Plumbing

CBE Gulf Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Foreman - Plumbing to lead our on-site teams. You will oversee the daily installation, maintenance, and testing of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of MEP technicians, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks based on project priorities and monitor the productivity and attendance of the crew.
• Conduct daily meetings/briefings to set targets, sequence tasks, and review quality standards.
• Interpret schematics, shop drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to guide the workforce.
• Ensure all MEP installations (HVAC, piping, electrical wiring, firefighting) comply with building codes and approved documents.
• Conduct routine internal inspections to verify locations, elevations, and structural integrations prior to official consultant/authority approvals.
• Assist in system testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Estimate material and equipment requirements needed for specific jobs to prevent project delays.
• Coordinate with site stores to manage the receipt, handling, correct storage, and issuance of MEP materials.
• Supervise the safe and efficient use of machinery, tools, and heavy equipment on site.
• Enforce all site health, safety regulations, and OSH guidelines.
• Ensure the proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all crew members.
• Identify on-site risks and ensure hazardous tasks are assessed before execution.
• Prepare daily progress reports, timesheets, and job completion logs for the Site Engineer.
• Record and report any technical issues, breakdowns, or required design modifications to project management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of UAE on-site experience in the MEP field, ideally with proven supervisory or foreman experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HVAC systems, electrical setups, and plumbing/firefighting networks.
• Reading & Drafting: Advanced ability to read and interpret MEP technical drawings and blueprints.
• Availability: Ready to join immediately, and willing to be based in Dubai/ Dubai-based.
• Hindi Speaker is required.
