Job Summary
Galleria Tours FZCO is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be a Chinese speaker with strong communication skills, sales experience, and knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.
The role focuses on building B2B relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and tourism partners, especially within the Chinese-speaking market. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, promoting UAE travel packages, preparing quotations, and helping the company grow its inbound and outbound tourism business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, corporate clients, and overseas partners.
- Identify new business opportunities in Chinese-speaking markets and international travel markets.
- Promote Galleria Tours’ travel products, including UAE packages, hotel bookings, transfers, tours, attractions, desert safari, yacht, dhow cruise, group travel, and customized itineraries.
- Contact overseas travel agencies and tourism partners to build long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, travel packages, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential clients to convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and partnership agreements with clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking arrangements and high-quality client service.
- Maintain an updated database of B2B contacts, leads, client communications, and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Attend sales meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and tourism-related events when required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Represent Galleria Tours professionally in all client communications.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Chinese and English.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, travel agency, tour operator, DMC, hotel sales, or tourism-related sales is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE tourism products, attractions, hotels, transfers, and travel packages.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with international clients and multicultural teams.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, CRM, and online booking tools.
- Existing network with Chinese-speaking travel agencies, tour operators, or tourism partners is a strong advantage.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Chinese speaker with a good understanding of the travel and tourism market.
- Confident in dealing with B2B clients and overseas partners.
- Able to bring new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
- Professional, organized, and commercially minded.
- Experience in inbound tourism to the UAE is highly preferred.
- Candidates with strong existing B2B travel agency networks may be considered for a senior role.
