Job Title: Supply Chain Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Dubai, UAEExperience: 8–10 years in healthcare supply chain management### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our healthcare group's end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will ensure that medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment are procured, stored, and distributed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in strict compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.### Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement & Sourcing: Oversee the purchasing of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and hospital supplies. Negotiate contracts with local and international vendors to secure the best prices without compromising quality.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels across facilities to prevent stockouts of critical medical supplies while minimizing waste and excess stock.
  • Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate timely delivery of goods to various departments and clinics. Ensure proper cold-chain management for temperature-sensitive medical items.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all supply chain activities adhere to Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Ministry of Health (MOHAP), and international healthcare standards.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor performance regularly and build strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers.
  • Cost Optimization: Analyze supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline workflows, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 8–10 years of supply chain experience, with at least 3–5 years specifically in a hospital or healthcare setting in the UAE.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. (Certified Professional in Supply Management / CSCP is a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Deep knowledge of medical equipment, surgical supplies, and pharmaceuticals.
    • Strong familiarity with Dubai/UAE healthcare regulations and customs import processes.
    • Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
