Are you passionate about turning your engineering experience into product capabilities? Join our team and play a key role in transforming real project experience into engineering product. Working closely with PLM and software development teams, you will translate engineering workflows, project requirements, and field experience into functional concepts and product requirements within the Integrated Power Automation Suite. How you'll make an impact
- You drive the conceptualization of complex engineering solutions together with PLM, transforming engineering needs into well-defined product concepts and development use cases.
- You act as the technical bridge between PLM, UX specialists, engineering experts, and development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
- You translate engineering workflows, customer feedback, and domain requirements into structured functional specifications and clarify complex engineering concepts for software development teams.
- You validate proposed concepts from the perspective of engineering feasibility, usability, scalability, and alignment with Power Automation architectures.
- You facilitate workshops with engineering experts, regional teams, and customers to collect feedback and transform it into actionable product improvements.
- You contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes, and you scale validated productivity improvements across the worldwide engineering network.
Your defining qualities* You have many years of experience in Power Automation, protection systems, or substation automation architectures, including commissioning on-site.
- You have a very good knowledge of the Power Automation project execution value chain.
- You bring validated knowledge of High Voltage and Medium Voltage electrical networks.
- You have excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to explain engineering topics to multidisciplinary teams.
- You have a master’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems engineering, automation engineering, or equivalent.
