Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to oversee and manage all plumbing and drainage works across a variety of projects including villas, offices, F&B establishments, and retail units. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all plumbing and drainage works on site.
• Execute and monitor high-level and low-level drainage system installations.
• Oversee plumbing works for villas, commercial offices, F&B outlets, and retail spaces.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing and drainage systems as per project specifications and standards.
• Install and maintain plumbing equipment such as:
• Solar water heaters
• Water chillers
• Plumbing pumps
• Water filters
• Electric water heaters
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other trades for smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Plumbing Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Hands-on experience in testing and commissioning.
• Good understanding of various plumbing equipment installations.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
