We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary

The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing construction and interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate must have previous UAE experience in interior fit-out, civil construction, and renovation projects, with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise fit-out, civil, and renovation projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare project schedules, work programs, and monitor overall project progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure efficient allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections and obtain necessary approvals from consultants and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and company safety policies.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Manage material procurement and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Supervise subcontractors and evaluate their performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Support the Project Manager in achieving project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer.
• Mandatory experience in Interior Fit-Out and Civil Construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and renovation projects.
• Good understanding of construction methods, site execution, and project management.
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and other engineering software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
