Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) – Business Centre

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales & Marketing Executive for our Business Centre in Dubai.

Contract Terms:

• Initial contract period of 6 months.
• Continuation, renewal, or permanent employment will be subject to performance and business results achieved during the first 6 months.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and at least any of these (Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu).
• Strong sales, marketing, and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of generating new business opportunities.
• Previous experience in business centres, office leasing, real estate, or B2B sales is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell office spaces, virtual offices, and business centre services.
• Generate leads through networking, direct marketing, and client referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, office viewings, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Only candidates with strong sales capabilities and a proven ability to generate business will be considered.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
